Only then will it transform into power. \nYour sensuality is YOURS alone. Let’s reclaim it. \nImagine the power of witnessing your body\, without shaming it\, judging it\, or dismissing it. Yes\, it IS possible. \nWe will practice a somatic exercise and ritual called Swamping from Mama Gena. This sacred and essential experience is a powerful disruption to the suppression\, avoidance\, and depression we are used to in our daily lives. These rituals and tools will support you in moving the energy that has been waiting for your attention. \nParticularly if you have autoimmune diseases\, you may want to try this exercise with our small group.
